tailscale openwrt 安装 基本上就设置一个 截图

/etc/init.d/tailscale enable 设置开机启动
ls /etc/rc.d/Stailscale 验证开机启动
/etc/init.d/tailscale start 启动tailscale
tailscale up 获取登录链接，配置路由
我还增加了个未指定。增长就是吧唯一的一个改成未指定就行。
