这次因为ocr也发现了这个重器，曾经边缘化的powertoys，越来越强大。强大到，老版本的win10ltsc1809 无法安装。
PowerToys是XP时代的产物，微软在去年（不知道去年是哪年）重启项目，为win10推出全新套件。该软件完全免费开源，且支持简体中文。注意，v0.37.0及以上版本，需要win10 1903及以上系统。旧版本0.35.0支持win10 1809及以上系统。
